Ian Mackenzie Jeffers is a novelist, screenwriter and playwright. His novella ‘Ghost Walker’ was the basis for the recent Open Road Films release ‘The Grey,’ directed by Joe Carnahan, for which Jeffers co-wrote the screenplay. The new novel ‘The Grey’ is Jeffers' expanded version of the original novella. Jeffers is currently at work on a new film, ‘Junior Johnson’ in collaboration with director McG. He is also writing a new novel, ‘Mad Dog,’ which he will adapt for the screen and direct, and is preparing to direct a screen adaptation of his play ‘A Crack in the Ground.’
