Robert Godby is an associate professor at the Universityof Wyoming, and received his formal economics trainingin Canada, graduating with his PhD from McMasterUniversity in Hamilton, Ontario. He also chaired the Departmentof Economics and Finance at the Universityof Wyoming from 2005 to 2010.
