A vegetarian Harley rider who loves all things hot and spicy, he has been on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," "Good Morning America," and National Public Radio, and is a frequent guest at motorcycle rallies nationwide. A syndicated columnist and contributor to numerous motorcycle publications, he lives in the Blue Ridge Mountains north of Asheville, North Carolina.
