William Frangipane collected and studied United States stamps with his father, Leo, as a child. He rediscovered the beauty of stamps with his own children. Bill lives in Horsham, PA with his wife, Ann, and his children, Laura and Matt. In addition, to stamp collecting, Bill enjoys sailing, reading, and long afternoons sitting on the beach.
