He has been particularly interested in the role clinical supervision plays in the education of healthcare professionals.</p><p><span style="font–family: "Calibri","sans–serif"; mso–bidi–font–family: ′Times New Roman′;">&nbsp;</p><p><b>Gary Latchford</b> is a clinical psychologist working in physical health, based at the department of Clinical and Health Psychology at St James&rsquo;s Hospital in Leeds. Since 1996 he has also been research director for the Doctor of Clinical Psychology programme at the University of Leeds.&nbsp; His clinical and research interests are mostly around psychological interventions in medical settings, and he has published several papers and book chapters on this topic.</p>

Dean Merrill, former publishing executive with Focus on the Family and International Bible Society, is author or coauthor of 31 books, including The God Who Won't Let Go and Sinners in the Hands of an Angry Church. He and his wife live in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
