LINDA HETZER is an editorial consultant and freelance writer whose work has been featured in Good Housekeeping, Cuisine, Food & Wine, and House Beautiful. She is the author of several books, including The Simple Art of Napkin Folding and Rainy Days and Saturdays. She lives in New York with her husband and two children.
Janet Hulstrand is a writer, editor, writing coach, and educator based in Silver Spring, Maryland. She created, developed, and has taught a series of "Literary Adventures" in Paris, Florence, Hawaii, and Cuba for Queens College, CUNY, as well as at Politics & Prose Bookstore in Washington, D.C. Her business, Winged Words Editorial Services, serves clients in a wide range of professions and industries. She is working on her next book, "A Long… Way from Iowa: Living the Dream Deferred," a literary memoir that was inspired when she found a few pages from her grandmother's journal while going through the contents of her parents' home.
