Maite Gonzalez, author and illustrator of The Magic Blue Coral, born in Havana, Cuba. From an early age she developed a passion for writing. She has resided in The Sunshine State of Florida since 1984. She earned a Science Degree in Computer Programming in 1987, and then she became an entrepreneur, establishing and operating small businesses for over 20 years. Since to 2007 she has been dedicated to animation, creating new characters, short film production and writing stories.
