Due to her children's love of animals, Carolyn Huston has visited over half of the zoos in the United States. She has also published an article in FACES Magazine about the Indianapolis Zoo Teen program. She is a member of a few different writing critque groups and the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators.She has three other books that will be released soon. One, titled "James Goes to School" will focus on what it is like for a child with autism to go to preschool and how it is both similar and different than the experience a typically developing child.
