Megan S. Nsubuga, born and raised in Wisconsin, enjoys learning about other cultures different from her own. In addition to being married to someone from a different cultures, she once said she "has more friends from diverse cultures than American friends." When traveling to, and spending time in, Uganda in 2012, Megan came to this realization: If one takes the chance to remove one's cultural blinders, one can actually find a multitude of interesting and wonderful things about other people and cultures.
