Between 1995 and 2002, Denver-based photographer Jefferson Powers shot a series of fine art nudes.His living room was his studio, with bedsheets hung on the walls and furniture shoved into the corners. His lights were cheap garage-style clamp lights, clamped to the edges of bookshelves. His models were friends, acquaintances, and sometimes near total strangers who he worked up the nerve to ask to pose.
