Moshe Vaknin, a high-tech entrepreneur, has three academic degrees in computer communications and business administration. He worked for many years in Bell Labs at New Jersey. His childhood at Ashkelon, Israel, was the inspiration for this book, which manifests a retrospective outlook regarding the problems and hopes of a budding child in a poor southern city. He currently lives in Raanana and has three children.
