Margaret Greenfields is a Senior Lecturer in Social Policy at Buckinghamshire New University, specialising in the policy making process; community development and community health needs. She has over 20 years of experience working with marginalised and excluded communities. Margaret has researched and published widely on the topic of social inclusion for nomadic people and regularly acts as a policy advisor with a variety of policy agencies and Government departments including the Equalities and Human Rights Commission; Department for Communities and Local Government and national charities.Agnes Fanning is Principal Lecturer in Community Health and Social Care with a particular interest in… care of the elderly and vulnerability/independence in the community setting. She is also the Chair of the Association of District Nursing Educators (ADNE). In her ADNE role, Agnes has a particular responsibility for coordinating the response to the Darzi review and the impact this will have on the vulnerable adult in the community. She has been closely involved with a series of Department of Health workshops which are exploring the changes in pre and post registration nurse education. Agnes has significant experience in the production of teaching materials and training delivery for pre-registration students undertaking modules in Elderly Care.Roger Dalrymple is Principal Lecturer in Education for the Postgraduate Certificate, Diploma and Masters in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education; the Certificate and Diploma to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector. Roger is also Portfolio Leader for education courses in the School of Community Health, Education and Social Care.
