André Lecours is associate professor at the University of Ottawa, and the author of Basque Nationalism and the Spanish State. Geneviève Nootens teaches political philosophy at Université du Québec à Chicoutimi, is Research Chair in Democracy and Sovereignty, and co-author of Dominant Nationalism, Dominant Ethnicity.
