Judi Moreillon earned a Master's degree from the School of Information Resources and Library Science, University of Arizona, in 1992. She then went on to earn a Ph.D. from the Department of Language, Reading and Culture at University of Arizona; her research focus was media and literacy. Judi serves as an assistant professor in the School of Library and Information Studies at Texas Woman's University in Denton. She has taught early literacy, writing, adolescent and children's literature, electronic and information literacy, and storytelling at the university level.
