Marriage and family therapist David Arp was educated at both the Georgia Institute of Technology and the University of Tennessee. After Arp worked his way up to captain in the U. S. Army, he took the position of marketing executive at IBM. Along with his wife, Arp began a career in marriage therapy and later founded Marriage Alive International, Inc. The Arps have given workshops and seminars at locations throughout the world, are columnists for Christian Parenting Today, and have created their own syndicated radio show, The Family Workshop. Arp and his wife have written over twenty books including The Second Half of Marriage: Facing the Eight Challenges of Long-Term Marriage, and Love Life… for Parents: How to Have Kids and a Sex Life Too.
Claudia Arp is a marriage and family consultant who was educated at the University of Georgia. Arp and her husband founded Marriage Alive International, a non-profit marriage and family enrichment program used by several organizations. They were also keynote speakers for the United Nation's Second International Year of the Family Celebration in Vienna. Arp has contributed to several magazines including Today's Christian Woman, Marriage Partnership, Virtue, and Christian Parenting Today. Among her books coauthored with her husband are The Second Half of Marriage and 54 Dates for You and Your Mate. With her husband she created The Family Workshop, which is a syndicated radio program that can… be widely heard on more than 100 radio stations.
