Lynn B. Hoeltke, M.B.A., M.T. (A.S.C.P.), P.B.T., D.L.M., works for a leading joint venture laboratory in the Midwest in organizational development and Corporate Communication. He currently teaches phlebotomy as a carrier development program for entry level positions into the laboratory. Lynn has over thirty years experience in various laboratory leadership roles. He has taught at the technical college level and has developed and taught a nursing based program for a hospital. He has consulted with several nursing homes and laboratories in teaching phlebotomy techniques to their staff. He has published several magazine articles, been a contributing author for Comprehensive Medical Assisting,… and is author of The Clinical Laboratory Manual Series: Phlebotomy, and The Complete Textbook of Phlebotomy, 3rd edition by Thomson Learning.
