JUDY ZEIDLER is a well-known food authority and author of widely acclaimed books, "The Gourmet Jewish Cook, "Judy Zeidler's International Deli Cookbook," "The 30-Minute Kosher Cook" and "Master Chefs Cook Kosher," based on her syndicated television show "Judy's Kitchen." She has also co-authored several cookbooks, including one with French chef Michel Richard, "Home Cooking with a French Accent."While Los Angeles is her home base, she and husband, Marvino, spend several months a year in Italy and France. Together, they visit restaurants, food and wine purveyors, collect inspiration for new recipes, make new acquaintances and visit everlasting friendships.
