He is recognized as the therapists therapist. He is the one professionals turn to for help with their marital relationships. He runs workshops called Getting the Love You Want: Workshop for Couples. He appears regularly as the relationship expert for "Fox TV" and has been the therapist for NBA's Orlando Magic. He has spoken as several psychotherapy conferences from the Family Network Symposium to Smart Marriages.… He has also spoken to several business groups such as IBM, Johnson and Johnson, Young President's Organization, and many major banks, hospital's and churches. He has been employed by Harville Hendrix to serve as the Executive Director of the Institute for Imago Relationship Therapy. He has also trained hundreds of psychologists, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals in the theory and practice of relationship therapy. He is the author of Imago Relationship Therapy: An Introduction to Theory and Practice.
