Lore Carrera-Carrillo is a dual language program consultant. She has been an educator, school-site administrator, and director of English language learner programs in the Clark County School District in Las Vegas, Nevada. Her dissertation was a qualitative comparison study of programs for English language learner students in the state of Texas.

Annette Rickert Smith is licensed in both elementary and secondary education and holds professional endorsements in teaching English as a second language (TESL), bilingual education, and administration.
