Max McLean, narrator for the NIV Listener's Bible, is an actor, storyteller, and student of the Bible whose life's work is to help make your time listening to the Bible joyful and revealing. He has dramatically presented God's Word in countless churches and one-man dramatic productions of the Bible in theaters worldwide. His radio ministry is heard daily on over 670 radio affiliates. He is President of Fellowship for the Performing Arts and is best known for his theatrical presentations of The Screwtape Letters, Mark's Gospel, and Genesis.nbsp; Each of these has received critical acclaim in a wide array of publications including The Chicago Tribune, The New York Times and The Wall Street… Journal. Max McLean was born in Panama City, Panama, and came to America via New York Harbor and the Statue of Liberty at the age of four. The first thing he had to do was master the English language. Due to his father's military career, 'home' included many places across the continental United States, the Far East, and Europe. Max is married to Sharon and they have two daughters, Rachel and Julia. Max & Sharon are active members of Redeemer Presbyterian Church (PCA) in New York City.
Ravi Zacharias was born in India, immigrating to Canada at age twenty. After earning a Masters of Divinity at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, he began a speaking ministry that has taken him worldwide (including the campuses of Harvard, Princeton, and Oxford University) as a recognized authority on comparative religions, cults, and philosophy. Zacharias' holds three doctorate degrees, and his books include the Gold Medallion winner Can Man Live without God, Deliver Us from Evil, Cries of the Heart, Jesus Among Other Gods, and two children's titles.
