Tom E. C. Smith is currently Dean of the College of Education and Health Professions, and University Professor of Special Education at the University of Arkansas. He has been on the faculties of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, University of Alabama at Birmingham, and the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Prior to receiving his Ed.
