J.M. Clark has been writing poetry and shortstories for adults for over twenty years. Many ofthe stories deal with the streets of the inner city of Detroit. Fiction with a twist is what she offers her readers. After suffering two strokes, she found she needed to find the right motivation to lose weight. Unable to find a club which offered what she needed she started her own rotating health club. Her love of food and the need to learn to eat healthy is what brought about her first cookbook.
