Th�r�se Delpech has been director of strategic studies at the French Atomic Energy Commission (CEA) since 1997. She is also a researcher with CERI, commissioner with the United Nations Monitoring, Verification, and Inspection Commission, and international adviser to the International Committee of the Red Cross.
