I need to change the address on my order. What do I do?
Send an e-mail to email@example.com
with “Change of Address Request” in the subject line to ensure the quickest response

What is my order number?
If you ordered directly from our site, your order number will be a four-digit number. You can find it in the email sent right after you placed your order. You can also view all your orders from your “My Account” page.
How can I track my package?
When your package is scanned into our system, we send you an e-mail with your delivery confirmation (USPS) or tracking (FedEx) number in it. If you can’t find that e-mail, check your order status online here.
What if I’m still having trouble tracking my package?
If you get a message saying the post office has been electronically notified, that
means that your package is on its way. If this doesn’t solve the problem, send an
e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with
“Tracking Problem” as the subject line to ensure the quickest response to your request.
As always, make sure you include your order number in the e-mail.
What if I need to cancel my order before it’s shipped?
We generally ship all books the same or next business day, so we apologize if we’ve
shipped it too quickly for you to get to us. Send an e-mail to
email@example.com with “Stop that package!” in the subject line. As
always, make sure you include your order number in the e-mail.
What is your return policy?
You can view our return policy at https://www.textbookrush.com/returns.
If you decide you want to return your books, filling out an RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) request here is the fastest way to do so. Make sure to give your
reason for return, because without one our customer care department will assume
it was filled out by mistake.
What is “Rush Processing”?
Rush processing guarantees that your package will be shipped out the same day you
order it, assuming you placed your order before 2PM EST. If your order is placed
after 2pm, it will guarantee that we ship it out the next day. This does not mean
that it will be shipped overnight, this simply guarantees that we will ship it via
whichever method you prefer by that day. Most of our orders go out the same or next
day, but this is a great way to ensure that no matter what happens, we’re going
to put your books on the highest priority.
Why can’t I add items to my cart?
If you’re using Internet Explorer, you may be unable to add items to your cart if
you have your browser security settings on “High” or your browser is not configured
to accept cookies. To change these options in Internet Explorer, go to “Tools” from
your Menu and select “Internet Options...” Then, go the “Security” tab and push
“Default Level”. If you continue to have difficulties, email us at
firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be glad to lend you a hand!
