TESHOME MULAT (PhD) is Professor of economics. He has been serving as consultant to many international and regional organizations. He has published extensively in the areas of labor, trade, fiscal policy and development economics in diverse media including journal articles, monographs and books. In 2009, Professor Teshome Mulat published a previous work entitled: The Economics of the Invisible Global Good-Governance Government and the Aid-Dependent Economy.
