The aim of this study is the production of glass-fibers reinforced thermoplastic composite disc, determination of mechanical properties and determination of thermal stress analysis by analytically. In this experimentally study, first of all a glass-fibers reinforced thermoplastic composite disc is produced. The composite disc is reinforced by glass-fibers, curvilinearly. Second, the mechanical properties of the composite disc are obtained by strain-gauges and Instron test machine.
