Nicki Sizemore is a food stylist, video host and cooking instructor with over a decade of experience in the food and wine industry. She has produced and/or hosted videos for Fine Cooking magazine, Taste of Home magazine, Eggland's Best and the Comt� Cheese Association, and has appeared on camera for Handmade TV and in the Now You're Cookin! series pilot for National Public Television. As a food stylist, Nicki's clients have included the Food Network, Betty Crocker, Kraft, Walmart, Meredith, Velveeta, Country Crock, KOT Nutrition, the Comt� Cheese Association, and more. She has also written for publications such as Saveur, Fine Cooking, Relish, Cheese Connoisseur and the Organic Wine… Journal, and has contributed recipes to The Green Market Baking Book (Sterling Publishing, 2010) and Over the Rainbeau: Living the Dream of Sustainable Farming (Rainbeau Ridge Publishing, 2009). She publishes a blog called From Scratch Fast where she features recipes and meals that can be made from scratch in under an hour.With a background in marketing and PR, Nicki also writes and develops marketing and promotional materials, as well as organizes food and wine events, for a range of clients, which have included the Bureau National Interprofessionnel du Cognac, the Comt� Cheese Association, Return to Terroir, Douro Duero Wines of Portugal, Adams French Vineyards, Darien Cheese & Fine Foods, and more.Nicki has been a culinary instructor for close to a decade, teaching both public and private classes in a variety of themes and techniques.Nicki has a Grand Diploma in Culinary Arts from the French Culinary Institute and has cooked with chefs such as Charlie Trotter, Stephan Pyles and Nora Pouillon. In 2006, she was awarded the esteemed Women Chefs & Restaurateurs Organic Scholarship due to her passion for sustainable cuisine. She has a BA in Anthropology from Colorado College, where she graduated summa cum laude. She lives in New York's Hudson Valley with her husband, two daughters and dog.
