Dr. Doug Dees is president of ReleasingChurches.org, a nonprofit church consulting firm designed to help �good churches get better.� Previously, he served as the Adult Development Pastor overseeing all aspects of the educational ministry for Sunday school as well as men�s, women�s, and recreation ministry. Doug is now the Pastor of New Venues at First Baptist Church in Orlando, Florida.
