Kathy Freston is the author of four previous books, two of them--The One and Quantum Wellness--instant New York Times bestsellers. Dr. Mehmet C. Oz was born in Cleveland, Ohio on June 11, 1960. He received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University. He holds a joint MD and MBA from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and The Wharton School. Dr. Oz is a professor of Cardiac Surgery at Columbia University. He also directs the Heart Assistance Device Program and is founder of the Complementary Medicine Program at New York - Presbyterian Hospital.
