Decrying much of modern worship as entertainment, Tozer pleads for the practice of genuine corporate worship and calls for individuals to forsake the compulsion to substitute work for worship. "Hardly anything is missing...(except) the genuine and sacred offering of ourselves and our worship" to God, he states.
