Jane Rogers has written five novels & the script for the BBC adaptation of "Mr. Wroe's Virgins," directed by Danny Boyle & starring Minnie Driver & Jonathan Pryce. Her "Living Image" won the Somerset Maugham Award, & "Promised Lands" won the Writers Guild Award for best novel. She lives in Lancashire, England.
