Publishing jack-of-all-trades R. Scott Taylor has worn many hats in the field of both fantasy and science fiction for the past decade and is currently the founder and editor-in-chief of the independent press Art of the Genre. He has worked as an art director, editor, agent, blogger, Kickstarter entrepreneur, and most recently created the digital fiction publishing arm, Skull Island eXpeditions, for Privateer Press. He still maintains a daily RPG art blog on his Art of the Genre website as well as appearing monthly as a guest gaming art blogger for Black Gate Magazine. He is also the author of four books in his homebrew world of the Nameless Realms, and editor of the Tales of the Emerald… Serpent anthology series. He is an avid reader, gamer, and art collector and is always looking for a way to link artists and authors together in fantastic collaborative works. Scott currently resides in San Diego, California, with his wife and son where he strives every day to hold on to his Peter Pan lifestyle of never growing up.
