KELLY HOPPEN MBE is one of the world's most influential interior designers. Her unique design aesthetic combines luxury with simplicity and has won her international acclaim, copious design awards and a huge following. Her celebrated interior design studio, Kelly Hoppen Interiors, has completed international schemes for residential and commercial properties, yachts and private jets, as well as the interiors for British Airways' first-class cabins. She is the author of eight design books to date including bestsellers Kelly Hoppen Home, Kelly Hoppen Ideas and Kelly Hoppen Design Masterclass and she fronted the Channel 5 Design Series, Superior Interiors, in 2011. Kelly designs kitchens for… Smallbone and joined the panel of BBC2's popular TV Series Dragon's Den in 2013.Jennifer McLagan is a chef and writer who has lived in Toronto, London and Paris as well as her native Australia. Her previous books Bones (2005) and Fat (2007) and Odd Bits (2011) were both widely acclaimed and each won James Beard and IACP awards. Jennifer is a regular contributor to Fine Cooking and Food & Drink. She has lived in Toronto for more than thirty years with her sculptor husband, Haralds Gaikis, with whom she escapes to Paris as often as possible. On both sides of the Atlantic, Jennifer maintains friendly relationships with her butchers, who put aside their best fat, and odd bits for her.
