In nearly two decades, he has become a seasoned veteran at translating technical computer concepts for beginners. He has trained over 20,000 people in computer classes and seminars throughout the world, and he is the author or co-author of more than a dozen computer books and instructional guides, including Lotus Word Pro for Windows Made Easy and Ami Pro Made Easy.
