Leigh Grant has illustrated more than thirty books and hasreceived many awards, including the New York Academy ofSciences prize for Best Science Book. In 1998, she was commissionedto paint a large mural in Christ Church, Greenwich,Connecticut, for the Tricentennial celebration. She lives inNorwalk, Connecticut.
