Ivan E. Coyote is a writer, performer, and author of eight books published by Arsenal Pulp Press, the most recent of which is Gender Failure, which is co-written by Rae Spoon. Ivan is also the co-editor (with Zena Sharman) of the anthology Persistence: All Ways Butch and Femme. Coyote was a long-time columnist for the LGBT newspaper Xtra! Born and raised in Whitehorse, Yukon, Ivan is now a resident of East Vancouver.
