Dr. John Clearwater is a former editor-in-chief of the prestigious Arms Control Reporter journal, as well as a visiting professor of political science at the Royal University of Phnom Penh, Cambodia. He earned his Ph.D from the war studies department of Kings College, University of London, and has worked as a military and strategic analyst and consultant for fifteen years.
