My name is William Prowse and I am author of "The Chronic Pain and Systemic Inflammation Diet". I started to get heel pain 4 years ago from gymnastics. I had a partial rupture of my left plantar fascia, and a slow onset of chronic plantar fasciitis on my right foot. I limped around for the first four months until I just couldn't stand the pain. Then with the guidance of a podiatrist I put my foot in a cast for 2 months. When I came out of it, it took me a long time to walk again and slowly the pain started to come back. I was extremely desperate and was trying everything, every single day for months. About six months after the cast failed to deliver results, I started to experience extreme… burning pains in both feet. I was then after diagnosed with Erythromelalgia, a rare nerve disorder. I found that inflammation made my pain worse. I found out which foods help my pain, and which foods made my pain worse. I wrote them down and started sharing my results with others who are in pain.
