Tulip Chowdhury is a freelance writer and a retired teacher. She has written features, short stories, and poems for newspapers and magazines from an early age. Though she often tackles difficult subject matter, her message is one of love and happiness.Chowdhury has published a collection of essays, Reaching Beyond Words; a compilation of fiction, poetry, and essays, Rainbow; a collection of short stories, Stars in the Sky; and two collections of poetry, The Raindrops and Nature and Love. Chowdhury's latest offering, Red, Blue, Purple, is a book of poems chronicling a wide range of life experiences, from terminal illness to technology.
