Ira Presslaffearned his bachelor science degree in Animal Husbandry from the University of Vermont, and latter a degree in Fashion Textile Management from the Institute of Technology (F.I.T.). He had careers in a variety of industries including fashion and insurance. Ira also worked as the head of sales for a number of companies. Since his (almost) retirement wanting to work with young people he was employed as a counselor in a foster home for hard to place teenagers, and as a prison guard at a maximum juvenile prison, as well has been a substitute teacher at various Indiana middle schools and high schools. He now lives in Indianapolis with his constant companion Rocky his four-legged… friend. �
