Author Jennifer Ranger was born and raised in the culturally diverse Los Angeles, California area and grew up hearing a wide variety of languages on a daily basis. Jennifer is known as the leader of popular Kattywompus String Band, who's heart and soul is firmly rooted in international folk music.
