I was born in Dubuque, Iowa and lived there most of my youth. Most of my adult life, I served in the US Navy retiring in 1995. In my years of service, I was fortunate to serve at sea, in Naval Hospitals, teaching and recruiting Medical Professionals.Currently, I am an executive for the largest home improvement company in the panhandle of Florida. I reside in Pensacola, Fl with the inspiration and love of my life, my wife Sandra.I write poetry from the heart and am influenced somewhat by what I see, feel, hear, and to a larger extent, what is gleaned from my minds eye. I believe what the mind can conceive, the pen can achieve.
