Born and raised in Liberty County, Florida, Rodney Hosford went through the 9th grade in Hosford, Florida. After graduating from high school in Bristol, Florida he attended Chipola Junior College in Marianna, Florida and finished his degree in Accounting at Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas.
