Sharon J. Price is a Professor Emerita and former Department Head in the Department of Child and Family Development at the University of Georgia. She was also on the faculties of Gerontology and Women's Studies and has published extensively in professional journals. She and Patrick McKenry have coauthored and coedited Divorce, Families and Change: Coping with Stressful Events and Transitions, and Families Across Time: A Life Course Perspective.
