Working as a Co-ordinator for the Iraqi Nuclear Team during early sanctions' period (1990-2003), gave me first-hand knowledge of information around the kind of power relations that combined Iraq with the UN Security Council organs and with some permanent states in this Council, which is the subject of this book. This book serves my personal interest as one among millions of Iraqi sanctioned people and suits my later years study in the University of Gothenburg'/Sweden.
