Pamela Bayliss Webber, PhD, APRN, BC, FNP Professor, Nursing Shenandoah UniversityDr. Pam Webber an accomplished nursing educator who has taught nursing theory and research for over 20 years. She has won several outstanding teaching awards and published numerous articles in the areas of nursing education, theory, research, and reasoning and is the co-author of the successful nursing textbook, Introduction to Theory and Reasoning in Nursing, which is in its 4th edition. In May 2000, Dr. Webber was honored by the Virginia Nurses Association and the Virginia Nurses Foundation as one of 50 Pioneer Nurses in the state of Virginia for the century. In 2001, she was featured as an outstanding… nursing faculty in the journal Nursing and Health Care Perspectives. In addition, Dr. Webber has been an invited speaker for numerous regional, national, and international nursing organizations. Pam and her family live in Winchester, Virginia, which is in the northern Shenandoah Valley.
