I'm been a wife for 29 years,a mother of 3 children and 3 grandchidren. And I've been a nurse for 25 years, so I've spent most of my life taking care of others and this just seem to be the next step for me to take. I have lived with the scars, shame and guilt childhood sexual abuse causes. And have made it a point to teach my children about this subject and now my grandchildren. But that didn't seem to be enough, I felt led to write this book in hopes of saving other children from ever knowing the horrror of such abuse. I hope parents will use this as a way to talk to their children about the dangers out there and my hope is to help in protecting even one will make it all worth it.
