David E. McNabb is emeritus professor of business administration at Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington and former visiting professor at the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, Latvia.Laurance R. Geri teaches in the Masters Program in Public Administration (MPA) at Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington, where he was director of the MPA program from 2002 to 2006.
Dr. David E. McNabb, Professor Emeritus at Pacific Lutheran University, has taught at Oregon State University, the Stockholm School of Economics-Riga, the American University of Bulgaria, Evergreen State College, the University of Maryland-UC (Europe), and the University of Washington-Tacoma. He is an adjunct professor at Olympic College and a recent member of a consultant group on aspects of nonsampling errors in surveys for an agency of the federal government. He earned his PhD at Oregon State University, his MA at the University of Washington, his BA at California State University, Fullerton.
