S G Ganesh is a Member Technical Staff in Siemens Corporate Research & Technologies, Bangalore. He has worked in the area of Code Quality Management (CQM) for the last 5 yeras. He has good experience in system software development having worked for around five years in Hewlett-Packard's C++ compiler team in Bangalore. He also represented ANSI/ISO C++ standardization committee (JTC1/SC22/WG21) from 2005 to 2007. He is a IEEE certified #145;Software Engineering Certified Instructor' for CSDA and CSDP certifications.He has authored a few books and has a few research publications. He has a master's degree in computer applications (MCA). He has given talks in Indian technical conferences such as… FOSS.in, and SPARK IT. His research interests include programming languages, compiler design and design patterns.
Tushar is a researcher and practitioner having more than five years of total experience in the domain of Refactoring, Design pattern, and Software design. He is currently working as #147;Lead Research Engineer#148; with Siemens Corporate Technology-India. He has carried out various refactoring projects for Siemens CT-DC including Tx-Ver refactoring/re-designing project (Healthcare), MLR refactoring assessment and p-Grid refactoring consultancy project (Industry). He has also executed various DAISQ (Dynamic Analysis for Internal Software Quality) projects. Tushar is an active participant in setting up OSS scan setup in CT T India and carried out various projects.
