About the Editor Richard Chrisman, historian, has degrees from Illinois Wesleyan University and Northwestern University. He has previously published Grace, Grit and Gumption ; the Story of Wabash Valley Pioneer, As well as numerous articles in historical journals. He and his wife Anna Marie has four grown children, and live in Bloomington, Illinois.
